Location

The Site is located in the City of Salisbury, Wiltshire. Coldharbour Lane runs along the western boundary of the Site, whilst a tributary of the River Avon runs immediately to the east.

Salisbury train station is located approximately 0.4 miles south of the Site which is a circa 10 minute walk. The station provides a direct service to London Waterloo with a journey time of approximately 90 minutes. Bristol, Exeter and Cardiff are also accessible via direct trains.

The Site benefits from excellent road links to the local highway network with the A36 and A360 accessible from the Site.

The Site extends to an area of approximately 2.12 acres (0.86 hectares) and is rectangular in shape. The Site currently comprises mostlv hardstanding area with the footprint of a redundant gasholder. The surrounding land use primarily comprises terraced residential housing and a retail park use to the east.

Vehicular access is obtained off Coldharbour Lane to the east, as well as Marsh Lane located along the southern boundary.
